Roland Drechsel, CCIM

Prior to joining Kelly, Geren & Searcy in 1995, Drechsel was actively involved in commercial property management. He currently is President of Texas Commercial Management, Inc., the property management entity of Searcy Vasseur Group and has been responsible for the management, sale and leasing of over 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial warehouse space. Drechsel holds a B.S. degree from Texas Wesleyan University and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
