Dick Myers

Dick Myers has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry specializing in tenant representation and project leasing for retail/office projects, as well as sales of investment properties and land. Prior to entering the real estate business, he spent over 20 years in the advertising and marketing industry and was instrumental in launching the successful Sundance Square project in Downtown Fort Worth. Myers was top producer in his first year in commercial real estate at the Kim Martin Company and later joined the Trammel Crow Company where he negotiated the sale of the 106,000 SF Neil P. Anderson building in downtown Fort Worth for a residential condominium conversion. He has successfully negotiated an extensive amount of lease and sale transactions in both Tarrant and Parker Counties. Myers joined Kelly, Geren & Searcy, Inc. in 2005 and is a 1975 graduate of Texas Tech University. He serves on several local charities including The American Cancer Associations “Cowtown Ball”, The Fort Worth Stockshow & Rodeo, and the American Campfire Association. Myers also has been appointed by the United States District Court to work with Trustees and Clients to liquidate property in bankruptcy cases. Dick serves as a Special Tarrant County Real Estate Commissioner under Tarrant County Court of Law.
